Our self-catering apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Guests have full access to a private, tranquil walled garden at the rear of the house—ideal for relaxing in peace.
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. The master bedroom features a king-sized sleigh bed with an ensuite bathroom. There is a second bedroom with twin beds and a third bedroom with adult-sized bunk beds.
Parking is available in the Mall House driveway, and we also offer a convenient pick-up service from the train station.

Our Beautiful Location
The Mall House self-catering holiday home is located in the historic town of Montrose, a Royal Burgh on the coast of Angus, Scotland. Both holiday homes are a five minute walk to the town’s centre, which has shops and amenities, and another five minutes to the train station. There are excellent links to Aberdeen, Carnoustie, Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Montrose’s beach is beautiful and there are miles of other clean, sandy beaches nearby. There is also a children’s play area. The Caingorms Mountain Range is an hour drive, and there are number of wildlife trails throughout Angus. For golfers, there are an abundance of excellent courses in and around Montrose.

Montrose itself offers a wonderful mix of coast, wildlife and heritage. A short stroll brings you to Montrose Beach, a wide sweep of golden sand perfect for bracing walks and family outings. Nature lovers will enjoy the nearby Montrose Basin Nature Reserve, an internationally important tidal estuary known for its spectacular birdlife. Just a 10-minute drive away is the elegant House of Dun, while the fascinating Montrose Air Station Heritage Centre is only five minutes from the apartment.
