About Mall House
Mall House has been in the same family since it was built in 1816. The self-catering property boasts three bedrooms and a stunning, private walled garden. Please be aware there are 5 steps leading to the garden apartment. The apartment comfortably sleeps 6, with a king size sleigh bed with en-suite, a twin room, and a third room with adult-sized bunk beds. It is the perfect for couples and families alike. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher and washer-dryer. There is a walk-in shower room with underfloor heating and separate WC. The dining table seats six, and the living room includes a large screen LDC TV and DVD player, plus free wifi.
There is a 4-night minimum stay, with check-in after 5pm and check-out is 9am. The property has gas central heating which is provided by card meter, which can be charged locally – there is always credit on the meter when guests arrive. Changeover days are flexible and the apartment is professionally cleaned between guests. Linen and towels are provided. The apartment has hard wired smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, emergency lighting and a heat detector.
There is off-street parking available in the drive of the house. If you would like to arrange a food delivery before your arrival, please get in touch after booking so we can ensure someone is here when it arrives.
