What to expect during your stay at Mall House Apartment
Mall House has been in the same family since it was built in 1816. The self-catering property boasts three bedrooms and a stunning, private walled garden.
Please be aware that there are 5 steps leading down to the apartment. Situated on the lower ground floor of Mall House, the apartment comfortably sleeps 6, with a king size sleigh bed with en-suite, a twin room, and a third room with adult-sized bunk beds. It is the perfect for couples and families alike. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a walk-in shower room with underfloor heating and separate WC. The dining table seats six, and the living room includes a large screen LDC TV and DVD player, plus free wifi.
There is a 4-night minimum stay, with check-in after 4pm and latest check-out is 9am. The property has gas central heating. Changeover days are flexible and the apartment is professionally cleaned between guests. Linen and towels are provided. The apartment has hard-wired smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, emergency lighting and a heat detector.
There is off-street parking available in the drive of the house. If you would like to arrange a food delivery before your arrival, please get in touch after booking so we can ensure someone is here when it arrives.
