Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking with full payment to be settled 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Should cancellation be necessary we will try to re-let the apartment. If this is not possible, full payment will be required. Guests are recommended to take out cancellation insurance.

If the government introduces restrictions which will affect your stay you can choose to have your deposit refunded or you can move to other available dates.

 

Utility Costs

Liability

The owners do not accept liability for damage to or loss of guests’ personal property. Guests are responsible for looking after the apartment during their stay and for any damages caused, which must be reported and paid for before departure.

Please note both properties are no-smoking and no-dogs are allowed.
